I offer a long-term rental of a newly renovated apartment 3+1+L with an area of 75.39 m including a cellar. The apartment is located in a quiet part of Teplice, Unčínská street, a few meters from Proboštov. The apartment underwent a complete renovation in 10/2025. It is located on the 2nd floor of a panel house with an elevator. The entire apartment has new flooring, a new kitchen unit, and a newly built bathroom. In case of interest, I require proof of employment, or a tax return, a clean criminal record, and an extract from the execution register. This is a rental relationship with the possibility of permanent residence. The rent is 15,000 CZK without services. I require 3 bare rents in advance.
