One hectare is 10,000 square meters, so I am selling 45,000 square meters.
The price for one hectare, which is 10,000 square meters, is €5000, the price for 4.5ha, which is 45,000 square meters, is €22,500.
The price is average, thus not overvalued, as forests are sold for higher prices; those who know the real value of forests know what I am writing about... thank you for your understanding...
