The apartment is fully furnished (including a dryer, electric grill, and a classic charcoal grill on the terrace for summer, a sofa in the living room, and much more). The room is offered unfurnished. Rent is 5225 CZK, the rest is for services (utilities, internet... you know how it is). Total approximately 6700 CZK, refundable deposit of one rent which was years ago is 4500 CZK. Transportation to the center is, in my opinion, problem-free. I usually ride my bike. I'm at the market in 15 minutes. Otherwise, you can use bus no. 17. If you want to get to the train station, you can take the train, which will get you there in 7 minutes.
