The layout of the apartment consists of: a separate room, kitchen, hallway, bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a spacious garden and parking shared with other tenants. In the garden of the family house, there is a dog, a wolfhound, released in the evening hours, belonging to other tenants. The rental price is 500,- € (300 + 200 deposit for utilities).
Payment upon signing the lease agreement amounts to 3x 500 € / month (commission, 1x refundable deposit, rent). The rental of the property is mediated by Reality Astoria s.r.o.
