Hot water is provided by a private boiler on night current. The bathroom has a shower and toilet, the kitchen has an oven, a cooktop with a hood, and a dishwasher.
The building has new windows. Heating is provided by a new energy-efficient gas condensing boiler. The building has a shared terrace and a stroller room.
A great advantage is the tranquility, both in the building with decent neighbors and in the neighborhood where the office is located. Thus, there is no nighttime disturbance on the street, yet it is only 300m from the square.
Permanent residence is not allowed here, we do not accept executions. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace (the office smells beautifully new and we want it to stay that way).
Rent: 10,600 CZK/month (due by the 15th of the month).
Fees: deposit for water 500 CZK/person, heating deposit 2,000 CZK/month, lighting, cleaning, and insurance 390 CZK/month.
Electricity: directly on the tenant.
Refundable deposit 21,200 CZK.
