We offer for long-term rent a cozy apartment after complete reconstruction. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a brick building and is heated by a gas boiler. The rental is suitable for a maximum of two employed persons. A small pet is allowed. The apartment offers quiet living with excellent accessibility to all necessary services and amenities, parking is possible in front of the house. The rent is 7500 CZK + deposits of 1280 CZK (1st person), each additional person 600 CZK. Electricity and gas are transferred to the tenant. A reservation fee of 10,000 CZK is required upon signing the reservation. A refundable deposit of 15,000 CZK + one month's rent including services is required upon signing the lease agreement.
