Sale of a new modular house, wooden construction

The houses are primarily intended for permanent residence, recreation, business, etc. Low-energy and economical houses with energy performance classified in category 'B' very economical. We assemble the houses directly in our production facilities or at the customer's site. The houses have thermal insulation and sound insulation. Insulation Isover wall thickness 28cm, ceiling 26cm, floor 24cm. Ventilated facade, eaves, is included in the price along with a furnished bathroom + tiles and flooring, 80l boiler, floor coverings, LED lights, interior doors with frames, painting. These are wooden constructions built on a steel frame, in various dimensions and sizes. Plastic windows VEKRA, internal walls made of FERMACELL (which has better properties than drywall). The modular house is placed on concrete pads or ground screws. This construction can be ordered according to the customer's wishes and dimensions according to the project documentation, which is included in the price of the house; we also arrange the 'building notification' at the offices. All houses are permitable. The house is handed over for moving in. The price of the built-up area is 23,280 CZK/m2 + VAT.
