I would like to purchase a garage only in the town of Seč, specifically in the 9. května housing estate.
They are, I believe, metal garages (there are about 40 of them), I do not know if electricity is supplied to them (?).
I offer immediately in cash 250,000 for a garage with electricity (socket 220V + lighting), or 200,000 for a garage without electricity.
Plus, I will pay 2,000 CZK fee for registration in the cadastre.
I have just purchased a new apartment in the housing estate and need to store furniture from my already sold former house + tools.
Only Seč!
