Description
The cellar has approximately 250 m² and offers ideal conditions for aging and archiving wine. It maintains a stable temperature of around 12 °C throughout the year and, thanks to the natural humidity from nearby ponds, creates an optimal microclimate with humidity of approximately 75–80%. The spaces are dry, easily accessible, and located in a quiet area. The cellar can be used for storing vegetables, fruits, etc. It also has excellent conditions for mushroom cultivation.
