I offer a long-term rental of a 2+1 apartment with an area of 60 m² in Mladá Boleslav, in a very desirable location near the Exhibition Grounds, not far from the city center. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area of family houses and is situated in a family house with two floors. The apartment has been renovated and is fully furnished with furniture and appliances, ready for immediate occupancy (see photos in the advertisement).
Apartment layout: The apartment is designed as a 2+1 with interconnected rooms: • entrance hall • bathroom with shower and toilet • kitchen • living room • bedroom From the hallway, there is access to the bathroom and kitchen, from the kitchen to the living room, and from the living room to the bedroom.
The apartment is a separate unit located on the 1st floor of the family house. The entrance to the house is shared, but the apartment itself is separately accessible from the shared hallway.
Location: A great advantage is the excellent location near the center of Mladá Boleslav and at the same time the quiet environment of family housing. Within walking distance are the Exhibition Grounds, shops, restaurants, Klaudián Hospital, public transport stops, and other civic amenities. The apartment is also approximately 900 meters on foot from the Česana area (Škoda Auto), making it ideal housing for employees of Škoda Auto or companies in the vicinity.
