Available are two covered halls with a total area of 520 m2, surrounding maneuvering areas of 3,000 m2 (of which 1,150 m2 consists of paved asphalt roads in front of the halls and access roads). One of the halls is partially designed as a cooling room for fruits and vegetables with an area of 110 m2, the fans of the cooling units are functional, but the exact temperature setting has not been measured. The warehouse is well insulated and maintains a constant temperature, it was used for its purposes until the last moment of business. The approximately 8-meter wide entrance from the road allows access for large trucks including trailers or similar equipment. There is enough space in the area for parking both personal and commercial vehicles. If interested, it is also possible to rent an office with a kitchenette of approximately 35 m2 before renovation. The building is connected to the electrical grid and water supply, wifi is also possible by arrangement. The area is located on the outskirts of the village, where it does not disturb residents.
