I am looking for a partner to rent a 260m2 warehouse, someone who would join for a shared rental of a larger warehouse in the ZTS Dubnica n Váhom area. The space is ideal for car repairs, detailing, cleaning, service work, tire or parts storage. The price for the warehouse is a total of €450/month, so we would split it about €225/person. The space is under cameras, safe, dry, with electricity and good access. The workshop can easily accommodate two 2-post lifts, 4-5 cars, plus a large outdoor area where many cars can be parked.
