Rental of an apartment in the village of Herink. We offer a 2+kk apartment including an outdoor parking space on the 2nd floor of a building completed in November 2024. The apartment is ready to move in. The building has only 6 apartments and is located in the village of Herink. The villa houses are situated in a quiet neighborhood with family houses. The apartment includes a storage room on the floor. The apartment has a modern kitchen unit in white gloss with a ceramic hob, hot air oven, and dishwasher; otherwise, the apartment is rented unfurnished. The rent (apartment + storage + 1 outdoor parking space) is 19,500 CZK. In addition to the rent, there are deposits for shared electricity, water, and waste collection of 1,500 CZK/person/month (settleable). Electricity is transferred to the tenant (the apartment has electric underfloor heating and an electric boiler for hot water) - consumption depends on the tenants' usage for heating, cooking, etc. Based on the consumption of other tenants in the same apartment in a different building, it currently amounts to about 2,500 CZK/month.
