I am looking for a completely furnished apartment for rent with parking options in a good and safe location in Prešov and its surroundings.
A condition is the possibility of having two female dogs (Hungarian Vizsla and German Pointer) in the apartment. They are well-behaved, clean, used to being with me, and never left alone for long – I mostly work from home, where I run a cleaning company. An ideal location would be a quieter area with the possibility of comfortable walking.
A great advantage for me would be a space where it is possible to combine an office and living in one (e.g., an apartment with a study or a space suitable for both office and living).
A deposit is a given. I work in a regime where I spend approximately 2 weeks a month in the Czech Republic and 2 weeks in Slovakia.
During my absence, I would welcome the possibility of occasional short-term rentals through platforms like Airbnb or Booking, so the apartment does not remain empty, by agreement with the owner. Full responsibility for the apartment and respect for all the owner's conditions is a given.
I am reliable and will take care of the apartment as if it were my own. I would appreciate offers or recommendations. Thank you.
