Building plot for recreation

Hello,
I am selling a building plot in the cadastral area of Nedašova Lhota behind the village near the football field.
In the zoning plan, the plot is defined as: Areas for family recreation.
I bought the plot with the intention of building a legal own cottage/chalet/log cabin for myself or a Tiny House for commercial use for short-term rentals, but I found a better place, so I am selling the plot.
The plot has no energy supply. There is a stream nearby. It is legally possible to build a structure based on an island system on the plot, which was also my intention.
The plot is on a gentle slope. It is fenced. It has a partially paved access area to the place where a potential building could stand. Access to the plot is from the main public road. In the past, there was already some cottage here. According to information from the Brumov building office, it is possible to build on the entire area, i.e., almost 400m2. Therefore, a building of, for example, 10x8m is not a problem. The building can be made of brick, on piles, from wood, or containers, more or less according to your ideas and imagination.
The owner of the surrounding plots has no problem cutting down trees in close proximity that could potentially threaten the building.
