I offer for sale a set of plots in exclusive ownership in the cadastral area of Alšovice, municipality of Pěnčín, district of Jablonec nad Nisou. The plots are registered on ownership sheet no. 1407 and will soon be available for personal use.
These are the following parcels: parcel no. 876 - arable land, area 8,702 m², parcel no. 880 - arable land, area 13,443 m², parcel no. 881 - other area, area 1,235 m².
The total area of all plots is 23,380 m². Currently, they are used as permanent grassland.
The plots have secured access according to the land register leading through neighboring parcels in municipal ownership. There is a lease agreement with a private farmer valid until December 31, 2025.
