Built-in appliances in contrasting black (refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood with carbon filter, and dishwasher) are from the brand Whirlpool, with a Franke granite sink. It combines a handle opening system and a tip-on system, with fittings from the brand Blum. Under the upper cabinets, there is LED lighting. The L-shaped kitchen offers a large amount of storage and workspace.
The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a custom-made bathroom cabinet in the same decor as the kitchen, and a mirror with LED lighting. The toilet is separate.
In the hallway, bathroom, and toilet, tiles in the decor of white and anthracite marble measuring 120 x 60 cm are applied, while quality waterproof vinyl flooring is laid in the rooms.
All civic amenities are within walking distance - schools, restaurants or sports facilities, shops,... Parking is possible directly at the house. The bus and tram stop is about 150 m away.
Monthly costs - FO 1,233 CZK/month. Due to low costs, the apartment is suitable for short-term and long-term rental.
