I am selling a forest in the cadastral area of Radkovice, municipality of Úlehle. This is a logged plot with a total area of 880m2, there is a possibility of natural regeneration. The original intention was to build glamping accommodation, thanks to excellent year-round access from the road, good access to Strakonice (10 minutes) and a beautiful view of the meadows in the surroundings, but due to a change in priorities, I am selling it further.
