We are looking for a reliable partner to operate an Asian bistro in a new shopping center in Zruč nad Sázavou. The center's concept will include a bakery, butcher shop, pharmacy, body care services, and an Asian bistro. The entire concept was designed based on local research to best meet the needs of the city's residents. The last missing partner is the operator of the Asian bistro. If you are looking for a place to start your gastro business or want to expand your existing network, we might be looking for you. There is a space available with an area of 117.3 m². The shopping center is currently undergoing reconstruction, with a planned opening in May/June 2026.
