I am selling a modular wooden construction - it consists of three fully equipped rooms, approximately 60m2, ideal for an on-site viewing, it was intended as an extension to an already existing family house, an agreement has been made with the contractor to complete the third module (see photo gallery) into a separate family house 4+kk, in that case the price is 3,500,000.
