We offer for rent a parking space/land for parking a caravan or more cars. The land is monitored by a camera system and is located on a closed property with electric gates.
It is a hardened area of 86 m2 with dimensions of 9.9m x 8.7m.
The rental is possible either as a whole for the amount of 3,000 CZK per month, or in parts of 1/3 for the amount of 1,000 CZK per month. The owner prefers annual rent payment without the need for a deposit. The real estate agency fee of 6,000 CZK is paid by the landlord. The rental is available from April 1, 2026.
