Rental of a brick building and fenced part of the garden Rokycany

We are renting a part of a brick building of 15.1 m2 and a fenced part of the garden of 180 m2, all in the cadastral area of Rokycany. Access and parking are possible on our paved land accessible from Příbramská street (there is also a bus stop). Under certain conditions, it is possible to connect to our electricity supply point. The entire garden is supplied with water. Very quiet environment – walks to the Klabava river about 400m and the Žďár hill about 3000m and so on. The price is the amount of monthly rent for this part of the garden and the brick building together.
