I offer for rent a fenced garden with an area of 570 m2 on Ke střelnici street, in the garden colony Domky on the outskirts of Jihlava. Access is from a public road with a wide gate. The plot is located in a beautiful, slightly sloping, quiet place, near the Jihlávka river (130 m in a straight line) and a forest with good transport accessibility (car, public transport) and is intended for gardening and recreational purposes. By agreement, it is possible to agree on placing a caravan, trailer, construction container, etc. (I just do not wish for any permanent structures there). There is a dry toilet and a tool shed on the plot. There is no well on the plot, but connection to electricity might be possible (there is an electrical distribution box in the fence). The rent is per year.
