I am looking for a rental for my mom, who is retiring in May. After 40 years, the owner of the apartment where she has lived her whole life has changed, and the situation is already difficult for her, so I would like to help her this way.
I am looking for a clean, well-maintained apartment in a quiet location and especially in a quiet house (without problematic and noisy neighbors – this is a condition I will not compromise on, I want her to have peace in her retirement) with a size of 2+1, possibly 3+1 with a fair landlord. Furthermore, please ensure that heating is resolved in the apartment and she does not have to participate in heating with a shared boiler considering her retirement age.
Important information: – Mom has a cat and is a smoker, please take this into account. – She will live in the apartment with her boyfriend, who often travels for work, and her daughters will visit her. – Price: Up to 12,000 CZK including all fees (including energy, gas, etc.) – A deposit is not a problem, but please, if it is in the amount of two or three rents, let it correspond to the equipment of the apartment. – No later than from May 1, 2026.
