The apartment has a new kitchen unit, a 2-year-old combined stove, and a washing machine. The entire bathroom is newly equipped and situated. The apartment is on the 4th floor with an elevator, windows facing southwest. Cellar, bike room, drying room. I prefer non-smokers and no pets. Rent is 12,000 CZK + approximately 5,000 CZK for utilities. Two months' deposit. The apartment is available for immediate move-in. More information upon telephone agreement.
