I am renting a garden on the outskirts of a small village 18 km from Olomouc and 10 km from Přerov. Available are a cottage, pergola, pond, small forest, aviary, fire pit, space for a chemical toilet, and a trampoline. Electricity is connected directly to the cottage. I mow the grass, you don't have to worry about anything. Access by car is possible right to the garden. 200 m to a children's playground, 2 km to a swimming pool, Tršice dam, and Chlum forest.
