We are looking for a solid family, couple, or individual who has a relationship with the garden and related activities.
We offer a long-term rental of a garden and hut (400 m2). The hut is connected to electricity, drinking water from its own sources, utility water from barrels, dry toilet, electric cooker, kettle, refrigerator, 2 beds on the ground floor, 3 in the attic. The hut is not intended for year-round living. Only for recreation.
The garden is abundant with several fruit trees and bushes. Possibility of personal creation and development in the garden (by agreement). Outdoor grill for barbecuing. Rent, deposit (5000 CZK) + consumed electricity.
Available until comfortable.
Price: 4000 CZK + 500 CZK deposit for electricity.
