Rental of a garden in a beautiful location above the Šárecké Valley in Prague 6 Zlatnice (near the Hanspaulka stop within reach of Metro A - Bořislavka). This year we are re-letting two gardens. General information - The landlord is the owner (this is not a sublease from the tenant), no compensation is paid (e.g. for the cottage, greenhouse, trees, bushes, etc.), as is usually the case. The area of the gardens is approximately from 300 - 500 m2. The size and equipment of the cottages vary, see photo. The monthly rent ranges approximately from 4900 - 7900 CZK depending on the size, location of the garden, condition, and equipment of the cottage. We prefer gardeners and interested parties who do not have distorted ideas about using the garden. Permanent residence is not allowed. More information will be provided during the garden viewing. We are not interested in cooperation with real estate agencies. We only respond to your inquiries or questions via email, so if you do not provide your email address, your inquiry will remain unanswered. You will not be able to reach us by phone intentionally, as there are many interested parties. In case of further interest, we will arrange a viewing appointment with you. Thank you.
