Rental of garden + vineyard, 1100m2 Chrášťany near Podsedlice

I am renting a part of the garden, 1/3 of the plot fenced with a gate, approximately 600m2, including a small vineyard located in the village of Chrášťany-Podsedlice. There is no water, only rainwater and fruit trees such as apricots, cherry trees, and a vineyard with 6 rows. Condition as per photos, only to decent people interested in gardening activities. Viewings possible only on weekends.
