We offer housing for retirees in the near center of České Budějovice, close to the reservoir, Mercury center, and public transport near the accommodation.
The rooms are equipped with adjustable hospital beds, wardrobes, and chairs with tables. There is also a TV in the room with free internet access.
Parking on the premises is possible by arrangement.
We offer laundry services completely free of charge, which is rare among others.
Rooms can be either single or multi-bed. We prefer long-term rentals.
