The plot has an area of approximately 1500 m2 and is located on the edge of the built-up area, above which there is only a meadow and then a forest. There are also fruit trees in the garden. Electricity runs through the plot, which can be connected, but other engineering networks are unfortunately not within reach. There is also a dug well on the plot.
