I will rent a room for 1 - 2 people in Brno, the price for the room is 5500/1 person and 7500/2 people (negotiable and depending on the length of the rental) including services, utilities, and internet per month. The refundable deposit is 10000 CZK. The rental period is one year or longer. The room can be locked with a Fab key. All rooms are separate and have individual entrances. There is an option to use the yard for sitting, grilling, and sunbathing.
