The building is located in Javorník, district Jeseník, on Nádražní street. Until 2023, there was metal production in the building where 25-30 workers were employed, with a total area of 4000 m². The building included: workshops, offices, warehouses, social facilities with an area of 831 m². On the upper floor of part of the workshop, there are two apartments each with an area of 150 m² with a staircase.
