The apartment includes a storage room on the ground floor of the building. Parking is possible directly in front of the building, or it is possible to park behind the building in a paid parking lot (discounted monthly rate).
The rental price is set at 12,500 CZK/month + deposits for energy consumption of 4,920 CZK. The total amount of 17,420 CZK includes both the rent for the apartment and its heating, cleaning of common areas in the building, a deposit for water consumption, but mainly it also includes electricity consumption. YOU THEREFORE DO NOT PAY ANYTHING EXTRA.
The owner requires a deposit of two monthly rents (35,000 CZK), and the real estate agency's commission is one monthly rent. The monthly rent is due on the 20th of the given month. The owner reserves the right to select the tenant according to their chosen criteria.
