Vinyl floors, doors with frame casings, kitchen unit with a stainless steel oven, ceramic hob and extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer, bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment is not furnished. The apartment also includes a cellar compartment and a bike storage room. Parking in front of the house. The building is connected to an optical network and is equipped with a security camera system. The house includes a spacious garden with a pergola. By agreement, it is possible to use the garden with seating. We prefer non-smokers, a working young couple, without pets. Rental directly from the owner, no agency commission. Rent is 15,000 CZK/month + service deposits of 4,000 CZK. We require a refundable deposit of 2 rents. NO CALLS FROM AGENCIES!!!
