I am looking for a rental space for an auto workshop in the vicinity of Brandýs nad Orlicí (Choceň, Ústí, Mýto + surrounding villages).
I need at least 50 m², but the bigger, the better (ideally, it should be possible to maneuver cars reasonably). Necessary electricity 380V and a decent entrance. The condition of the building does not matter, I can modify it.
