The apartment is non-smoking and without pets. There is a storage room available in the hallway. Parking and a bus stop in front of the house. A shop, school, and kindergarten are a short distance from the house. The bare rent is 8,150 CZK + 250 CZK for common services + a deposit for water. Electricity transfer to the tenant, gas is not available. Available after March 15. Refundable deposit of 24,000 CZK.
