We offer for rent a two-storey family house located in the village of Pchery, part of Humny, in the Kladno district. It is a terraced house with a layout of 5+1 with a total living area of approximately 190 m², situated on a plot of 374 m².
The house includes a cellar, attic space, workshop, garden, and a garage with capacity for two cars. The property has two bathrooms and offers sufficient space for comfortable family living.
The house has been uninhabited for approximately three years and requires restoration to a fully habitable state. For this reason, a specific model of long-term rental is offered.
The tenant will pay a one-time amount of 990,000 CZK upon signing the contract, which represents prepaid rent for the entire duration of the rental relationship. The tenant will then ensure the restoration of the house to a habitable state at their own expense and will properly use and maintain the property during the rental period.
During the rental period, the tenant will not pay any further rent or regular fees to the landlord. The tenant only pays the usual operating costs associated with the use of the property, especially energy and service costs.

The standard rental period is for 7 years. The duration of the relationship, the possibility of extension or amendment of the contract is possible by individual agreement.
