Sale of a building plot in Starč

I am selling a building plot on Nová Čtvrť street, in the town of Stařeč (near Třebíč), or I will exchange it for an apartment in Brno - city of at least 2+1 size and larger with a possible cash adjustment. The area of the plot is 1035 m2. All engineering networks are at the boundary of the plot - electricity, gas, municipal water, sewage. The plot has a rectangular shape (width 23 m, length 45 m). The distance to the public transport stop in Třebíč is 1.2 km on foot (the route leads through the town, then along a path for pedestrians and cyclists). This offer is not a binding basis for concluding a purchase agreement.
