Cottage - garden hut - house

I am selling a prefabricated garden cottage. The cottage measures 3x4m and has a small covered terrace. Under the terrace, there is a shelter usable for tools, chemical toilet, etc. The outer walls are made of panels placed between beams. The roof is made of wooden trusses and the roofing is made of brown eternit (corrugated sheets + ridge tiles). The floor is made of PVC on wooden boards. The cottage has been regularly painted and maintained and until the last moment served as a garden hut. The cottage stood on a concrete foundation slab (not included) and is currently disassembled and stored in a hall.
