I am looking for someone, preferably a couple, who would like to engage in large-scale herb cultivation. I will provide a house and a large garden. Initially, I offer an area of 4500 m2. It is a mountainous hilly area, at an altitude of 400m, and there are very few people living around and lots of animals.
I offer a large plot suitable for herb and fruit cultivation, and for increasing yields, bees are suitable. It is a sunny flat place, with some shade from mature fruit trees. Clean living environment. (There is no industry or other pollution in the area.) To improve the condition and fertility of the soil, cow manure can be arranged.
What do I expect? Everything is a matter of agreement. I would like to point out that the house is currently not suitable for permanent residence but rather as a recreational one. I welcome it if the interested party gradually improves the house and possibly the garden. Over time, I would also appreciate some reward.
I offer the possibility of long-term use.
