You can cook and do laundry, only for solid tenants, shared living in a family house. Only long-term. Price 5000 CZK plus internet, energy, water, sewage, waste, 4500 CZK. Only for solid paying tenants who can live in shared accommodation in a 2 or 3 plus 1 apartment. There are not many people here, the owner does not want that either. With long-term living, a discount is possible, price negotiable.
