Dwelling - hut - tiny house with equipment

Dear friends of alternative living,
I hereby announce the sale of one of our two huts - dwellings. This is a wooden structure measuring 7m x 3.2m, set on a steel frame (chassis) without wheels. The roof is sloped, insulated, covered with trapezoidal sheet metal. The hut, custom-made in 2021 and used for 2.5 years for stays in darkness at our yoga center, can be fitted with windows to become a regular dwelling. The outer wall (insulated 120 mm) is clad with boards painted with varnish, and inside there are OSB boards, including the floor (insulated 120 mm). The bathroom is equipped with a sink, flushing toilet, and shower. A fan is installed for moisture removal. The main living room is furnished with a bed, a desk with a chair, and shelves on the wall. A boiler is installed for water heating, and heating is provided by an electric heater in the living room. The price does not include transportation costs.
