a) predominant purpose of use - family recreation in the form of gardens, gardening colonies, and colonies, where buildings may be permitted b) permissible - - - garden areas (ZPF) serving for individual agricultural activities, i.e., growing vegetables, fruits, flowers, ornamental plants, etc. only for personal use fencing of agricultural land (gardens and orchards) for the purpose of crop protection necessary transport and technical infrastructure c) conditionally permissible - building areas for family recreation, e.g., cottages, recreational and garden houses, and other buildings and facilities related to family recreation on the condition that the area of the built-up area (including paved terraces, both covered and uncovered) does not exceed 13% of the total area of the subject land, but at most 60 m², in the case of land larger than 500 m², this maximum area is set at 100 m² d) conditions of spatial arrangement 36/47 - the height of the buildings does not exceed 1.0 NP with a maximum eaves height of 3.0 m from the adjacent terrain and a ridge height of max. 6.0 m, with one underground floor to a depth of max. 3.0 m - - - proposed objects and facilities according to paragraph c) may be located in buildable areas at least 25 meters from the boundary of PUPFL, supplementary buildings such as pergolas, paved areas, and fencing must be at least 5 meters from the boundary of PUPFL, which also applies to land parcel no. 1627/12 and 1624/58 in the cadastral area of Písek, however, with the condition that the mentioned supplementary buildings may reach a maximum of 75 m² in total if a part of the land on which a recreational building has already been realized or permitted is separated, no further building will be permitted on this newly separated part except for fencing and necessary transport and technical infrastructure and with the exception of land parcel no. 1716/1 in the cadastral area of Písek, which can be divided into two parts with the condition that a building according to paragraph c) max. 75 m² will also be permitted on the separated part gradual change of land use Z.19 will be gradual, i.e., in the form of gradual stages of development, from areas already used in the same way towards the open countryside, and that at least in three stages e) impermissible - all other functions and activities not mentioned above
