Basement Warehouse Jihlava

Storage spaces in the basement of a building in the industrial zone in Jihlava. The spaces are accessible and serviced by a freight elevator (which can fit two pallets side by side), and there is a shared ramp (loading/unloading from trucks/vans). In the storage spaces, there are two offices, both with windows into the warehouse - for good oversight. The offices are approximately 55 m2 and 15 m2, with the smaller office being fully insulated and including heating. The total size of the spaces is 595 m2. Parking spaces are also available near the building. The price of the spaces (525 m2 warehouse + 70 m2 offices + 5 parking spaces) includes flat-rate services and energy deposits of 42,000 CZK + VAT per month. The electricity deposit of 3,500 CZK can be adjusted by agreement (depending on the type of operation). The price does not include internet. The maximum ceiling height is 3m, and the maximum height of the lintel is 2.55m. Door dimensions are 1.6x1.97m (elevator dimensions: 1.69 m wide, 2.8 m long, 2.2 m high). Social facilities include a kitchenette, shower, and toilets (the kitchenette only has a microwave and kettle). The smaller office is insulated and has electric heaters installed. The rest of the warehouse and the larger office are not heated - the tenant must solve this themselves (gas/electric portable heating). Energy deposits can be set individually according to the type of operation. Access for people is via stairs, and material is transported via the elevator.
