We offer you furnished office spaces for rent with parking near the center with a total area of 91m2 divided into 9m2, 22m2, 21m2, 13m2 office with kitchenette, 26m2 common areas (hallway, social facilities) in a family house on the outskirts of the center of Žilina. It is also possible to rent individual offices separately. Electricity has a separate meter. Heating is provided by a new gas boiler.
The building is secured by an alarm and there is also private parking available with enough parking spaces. The price of one parking space is €30/month. The orientation of the offices is south. Upon signing the contract, one rent and a refundable one-month deposit are paid. The price is €8.50/m2 excluding utilities and VAT. Utility billing is done quarterly.
