The offices are located on the premises of Karma and have a total area of approximately 101 m2.
It consists of 5 offices with social facilities and chambers located on the ground floor of the building.
The lease includes 1 outdoor parking space in front of the company building.
The monthly rent is CZK 20,000 and the monthly energy charges are CZK 5,000 (depending on the use). A deposit of CZK 40,000 is required in advance by the landlord.
The offices will be open for use from 1.12.2025.
Heating is provided by a local gas heater WAW.
