We offer for long-term rental a 2+1 apartment in Ostrava on 28th October Street near the tram stop Spaorná.

The apartment is rented without furniture and is painted white. You will have a kitchenette, a spacious bedroom, a living room, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.
Heating and water heating are provided by a gas boiler.
The monthly rent is CZK 10,900 + water (1,000 CZK) + electricity (about CZK 1,800) + gas (about CZK 2,800).
In the beginning, a deposit of two months' rent and a RK fee of one month's rent are paid.
