The original gaps were up to eight centimeters, so today you have a perfectly level and solid foundation throughout the entire apartment.
The original layout was 2+1, but in the reconstruction there really was no stone left on stone. Completely new is the electrical system run under the plasterboard. The smaller room is oriented to the south side into a quiet inner block and additionally offers a practical dressing room with a size of slightly under 3 m2.
The bathroom is a pleasant surprise for the size of the apartment, with a large double sink, a backlit mirror, a large shower with a shampoo tank, and a bathtub that fits a man comfortably, complemented by ambient lighting to create a pleasant atmosphere.
The heating is provided by the new Bosch gas boiler, which is mounted on the wall between the kitchen and the bathroom, so you won't have to wait long to get hot water from the tap.
The kitchen, which is connected to the living room, is one of the strongest parts of the whole apartment, and everything you see here is out of the ordinary.
