I'm offering for rent a one-room apartment in a family house near the center of Pistons on Vajanskaya Street.
The furnished apartment of 31 m2 plus a balcony of 3 m2 is located on the 1st floor of a family house, just 5 minutes walk from OC Aupark.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electrical appliances and kitchen equipment. The apartment has one room that serves as a living room with a single-bed balcony. The bathroom is connected to the toilet.
The apartment is partially remodeled and heated in the winter months.
Parking on the street is charged (for the city).For example, a one-year parking pass costs 400 euros.
Free Wi-Fi and satellite TV with 100+ shows are included in the rental, pets are not allowed, smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
Price including electricity, TV and internet: €400 per person per month.
I also ask for a refundable deposit of one month's rent (the deposit is returned at the end of the lease). i.e. €400 rent + €400 deposit at the time of signing the lease.
The cost of heating and cooling by air conditioning is approximately €50 to €100 per year depending on the use.
The apartment is available immediately.
